The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, met with Pope Francis at the Holy See, in Vatican, to whom he expressed the dedication of the people of Kosovo to preserve and cultivate the democratic values.
Haradinaj writes on Facebook that Kosovo is a model of religious tolerance and promotion of peace, and that its euro-atlantic path will be reinforced through a strategic partnership with the Vatican.
“Kosovo is grateful that the doors of the Holy See have always been open. The blessing of Pope Francis is an encouragement for the path that Kosovo follows with its people towards the European civilization”, Haradinaj writes.
