The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Hardinaj, met with the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, and said that he would remove the 100% tax only if they sign a preliminary agreement for negotiations.
This agreement, according to Haradinaj, would specify the topics that would be discussed for the final agreement.
Haradinaj confirmed that Germany supports his stance for mutual recognition with the current borders.
