The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Hardinaj, reconfirmed the reiterated request of the USA for suspending the 100% tax on Serbian goods, so that the dialogue between Prishtina and Belgrade can continue.

Haradinaj had a phone conversation with the White House Security Adviser, John Bolton. This Thursday he met with the US Ambassador to Kosovo, Philip Kosnett, who also met with other Kosovo leaders, from President Thaci to Speaker Veseli, but none of them made comments after the meeting.

The ruling coalition in Kosovo has had several disagreements recently regarding the 100% tax on Serbian goods, to the point that the coalition itself could be in danger, as the Democratic Party of Kosovo, led by Veseli, is appealing for a suspension of the tax.
