The Socialist Party MP, Mimoza Hafizi, a supporter of Ben Blushi, asked
the “Commission of Statutory Guarantees) to interpret the statute for
articles 45 and 72, which are related to the party referendums.
The request of MP Hafizi is related to the legality of the April 9th referendum, voted by the congress of the SP.
Hafizi said that any decision that is not taken according the one approved by the SP congress for the referendum should be considered invalid.
Hafizi argues that the referendum voted by the congress was not initiated by those foreseen by the SP statute. According to her, there was no concrete draft-decision for which the delegates of the congress could discuss an approval.
