A six-page article of the Italian newspaper “L’Espresso”, titled “Goodbye, Mom, I’m going to Albania” is focused on the success stories of dozens of Italians who chose to live and work in Albania. They also focus on the transformation of Tirana, the capital.

The article notes the many challenges that the 1-million-habitant capital is facing, and the solutions offered by its Municipality, in cooperation with developed Italian cities such as Firenza or Verona.

The author says there are many reasons to not only visit Albania but also to build a business or even live here, especially in Tirana.

For Tirana, the article says it is like telling the history of the Italian architecture of the Ministries, the Culture Palace, the National Museum, the Art Academy, the National Bank, which are based on the plan of Bosio in 1939. Then it talks about the other modern plan, the one of Stefano Boeri, for 2030, which are full of the Albanian traditional décor and texture, inspired by Prime Minister Edi Rama who is also an artist.
