Funeral of killed Police officer

The homage was held at the Military Headquarters and the body was buried at the Martyrs’ Cemetery.

PM Berisha expressed his condolences to the family and declared that the police is using all its resources to find the authors.

“This barbarian act will take all the legal punishments it deserves. The government will engage all the resources until the authors of this crime will be brought to justice”, Berisha declared.

“The opposition leader accused the Albanian government of betraying the police. This is the third proof for the necessity to return the rule of law. The police is being betrayed and destroyed each day more. To those who dare saying that the opposition is using these murders politically, I would say that the failed government is the main cause that these actually happen”, Rama declared.

The New Democratic Spirit leader, Bamir Topi, declared that words are not sufficient to express the feelings in days when they are obliged to say goodbye to people that died for serving to the state.

Although the crime has been followed by the Prosecution of Serious Crimes, and although the security camera of a nearby business has captured everything, police still has nothing about the murderers. They offer 100.000 to everyone that gives useful information.
