From April, property tax will be attached to the electricity bill

Starting from April, the electricity bill will also have the property tax, which will be calculated as 0,05% of the property value.

If a house will cost 10 million ALL, a citizen will pay 500 ALL. For businesses, the tax will be 0.15%.

The Minister of Finances also said that the increased construction businesses have taken place due to the increased crediting for the sector, which, according to him, in 2017 increased with 67%.
