Former Minister of Social Matters under police custody

The former Minister of Social Matters, Spiro Ksera, was taken under
custody by the Prosecution, during an activity in Gjirokaster.

The former Minister is accused of theft and power abuse with donations of the Roma community, causing a 30 million ALL damage.

The former Cabinet Chief, Kleves Bitro, will be investigated for the same charges.

Ksera was Minister of Social Matters in the time of the Berisha government.
