Fines imposed during the pandemic are absolved, money to be reimbursed to accounts within November 15

All fines imposed during the pandemic period in the last 7 months from April 17 to October 7, 2020 in our country, will be absolved.

Through the normative act published today, all citizens who have been fined for breaking the rules set by the government during the months of the COVID-19 pandemic will get their money back by November 15, 2020.

All businesses whose licenses have been blocked due to the breach of the Normative Act will be returned within the set deadline.

Also the same procedure will be followed with car fines and blocked driving licences during this period.

The same procedure will be followed with all the administrative measures imposed by the structures of local government on families affected by natural disasters, the earthquakes of September 21 and November 26, 2019, for violations found during the repair / reconstruction of individual homes.
