President Meta returned the draft-law for the Notary rules, which are part of the 40 laws of the Judiciary Reform.
“The President decided that there are unclear details that could be an impasse for its implementation”, said the President’s legal adviser.
But EURALIUS and the Notary Chamber do not agree with the president. Together with the US experts, they were the authors of this law.
Agned Berhard, from EURALIUS, said that the laws are trying to make a proportional balance of the different elements and interests. And this law, according to her, can create the right balance, in full accordance with Europian standards.
