EU Ambassador to Tirana meets EP rapporteur for Albania

The EU Ambassador to Tirana, Luigi Soreca, met with the Portuguese European MP, Isabel Santos, the rapporteur for Albania at the European Parliament.
Soreca said that this was an excellent meeting and that Santos will visit our country before the decision for the EU negotiations, which may be taken at the Zagreb summit.
“Great meeting today with MEP Isabel Santos, Rapporteur on Albania.
“We discussed the current political situation in the country, including progress on justice and electoral reforms.
“Preparation is ongoing for her visit to Tirana on 20-22 February”, Soreca declared.
