This morning, President Ilir Meta has chosen to give another message of encouragement to the political parties negotiating the Albanian Electoral Reform.
He stressed that yesterday’s message of the European Union was clear, meaning that the implementation of the conditions set, begin with the consensus.
He further added that the European Commission is looking forward to recording positive news for Albania.
