The citizens of Elbasan gathered at the town center to welcome the
Summer Day through a concert. Famous singers went up the scene to
entertain the public, together with humor actors, Tirana Circus and
other artists.
Restaurants and bars were packed with people from all Albania for this pagan celebration that has turned into an important tradition and a good promotion opportunity for the city.
Elbasan is the town where this celebration was inherited through centuries, until it turned into a national holiday.
