The trial against the 7 defendants for paid murders and terror acts has
ended after 55 sessions. The entire process was held behind closed
doors, due to the secrecy of the declarations released by two repented
defendants, Julian Sinanaj and Ndricim Gjokona.

The “Dynamite Gang” is accused of 15 criminal acts ordered by Sokol Veizi and Agron Cela, and of the murder attempt of businessman Pirro Bare.

The Prosecution accused the defendants of terror acts against the former Director of Property Legalization Agency in Vlore, Ardian Kollozi, and against the former Prefect of Vlore, Besnik Dervishi.

The last session was to verify the scientific report after Julian Sinanaj declared that he didn’t place the dynamite under the vehicle for the former Prefect of Vlore, Besnik Dervishi.

Sinanaj told the court that the Prosecution had implicated him with this crime and that he had signed without being aware of the content.

While the Prosecution claims that defendant Marjan Mitro had ordered the explosive attach through the e-mail marionkuç[email protected], the IT expert said this address cannot exist due to the missing “ç” in the English alphabet.

The debate for the “ç” letter went on after the lawyers insisted that the Court of Serious Crimes should ask Google to clarify this situation.

Besides the murder of Sokol Veizaj and the murder attempt against Pirro Bare, Julian Sinanaj has denied the other crimes, such as the murder of Agron Cela, the explosion at the house of Ardian Kollozi and the explosive under the vehicle of the former Prefect of Vlore, Besnik Dervishi.
