A quantity of explosive blew off around 1:50 am, in front of the apartment door of Socialist Party candidate for Municipality no.7, Erjon Koka.
Luckily, no one was hurt. The residents of the apartment building no.33 at the Kongresi i Lushnjës street are under panic.
Koka said that the first minutes after the explosion, the situation was chaotic not only for his family, but for his neighbors too.
“We remained blocked for some minutes after what happened. The residents came out preoccupied, we checked if everyone was alright and just couldn’t get ourselves together after the shock”, Erjon Koka declared.
The 32 year old that runs for the first time for a Municipal Unit, says that he has never had conflicts with anyone in his life and that the reasons of this attempted attack are connected to the electoral race.
“There is no other reason. Because of my profession and the character that I have, I have never had conflicts. The moment after I was announced as a candidate, this thing took place, and it is not something small”, Koka said.
The police declared that is investigating on the circumstances and the motive of this explosion.
