The leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, spoke from the party headquarters after the end of the voting process, stating with voice tone of a winner, that he has full confidence in the counters and commissioners.
“Thank you to all Albanian citizens who chose the change.
“This is a clear victory for the Albanian people, it is a clear victory for the alliance for change. The will of the people is at the ballot box, I have full confidence that the counters and commissioners will conclude this process responsibly, patiently and in accordance with the law.
“As I said at the beginning of the campaign, at the end of this process, Albania wins”, stated Basha among other things.
