DP candidate, Xhelal Mziu was prosecuted today after yesterday’s statement in Diber, where among other things he stated that those who try to buy votes “it will end up like in Elbasan”, referring to the deadly shooting of a party activist in the election campaign.
Judicial Police officers in Diber said that the proceedings for the criminal offense “Calls for weapons or unjust takeover” have begun, against Xhelal Mziu, candidate for MP of the political party Democratic Party, in the district of Debar.
The State Police emphasizes that no political entity, organization or individual has the right to create parallel structures taking on the attributes of the State Police and for this it will exercise controls in cooperation with the citizens.
