Democrat MP Grida Duma gave a clear message to chairman Lulzim Basha saying that he should have resigned, but they voted for himwithout saying a word about losing the election, as also did then, his now challenger Sali Berisha.
She adds that her unconditional support for Basha has ended, except in case “he opens his eyes and ears to the Democrats.”
Grida Duma: “Maybe he should have considered his resignation then, when even Sali Berisha did not ask for it, but was running next to him as we here all were.
“Meanwhile others rushed to raise your guillotine on the stadium pitch.
“We supported you without saying a word although you did not win the election.
This is how we were wrong since 2013! That is why this absurdity has come to this point, where you lost only now that Sali Berisha lost his face by the ‘non grata’ US stamp.
“Chairman! I want to say today before these men and women, that my unconditional support for you has ended along with my unconditional respect for the moral authority of Sali Berisha in the DP.
“My condition to support you further is only for you to open your eyes and ears to all those Democrats who are the living the consequences of your blindness and deafness so far,” said, among other things the Duma.
