From the obelisk of the politically persecuted people, the Democratic
Party reported what they called the “desecration” of the Liberation of
Tirana, after the appearance of some photos of the former Dictator,
Enver Hoxha.
Edi Paloka declared that the idea of rehabilitating the figure of the former dictator is coming to life by Rama and Meta. “With this decision, the majority leaders desecrated the heroes of the Liberation War.
“With the images of Enver Hoxha behind their backs, Rama and Meta found the most shameful way to desecrate the 70th anniversary of Tirana’s liberation. They commemorated this day with Dictator Enver hoxha. Rama and Meta offended the memory of dozens of intellectuals, the true heroes of the war, who were killed by Enver Hoxha. With Enver Hoxha in the backround, Rama and Meta provoked our entire society and also the wounds of the brutal violation of human dignity, of the hunger wounds that were brought by that dictator to this country for more than 40 years”, declared the Head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Edi Paloka.
