The Supreme Court started this Monday the court session for the lawsuit
filed by MP Tom Doshi against the Head of the Parliamentary Commission
of Security, Spartak Braho.
Doshi accuses Braho of slander, while the Prosecution, involved as a third party, claims that Braho is innocent.
The only sentence given by Doshi for the media while entering the Supreme Court was that “For Braho there is no better lawyer than the Prosecution”.
