Businessman Sino Llanaj, 42, was wounded with a firearm this morning in Tirana.
It is suspected that the perpetrator of the injury is the person with the initials Albert Allmuça, partner in the construction of a residential building together with Sino Lllanaj, due to an unfinished conflict between the two.
A passer-by was wounded by a stray bullet during the incident, while the guard of the building under construction was beaten earlier.
Police sources suggest that businessmen Sino Llanaj and Albert Allmuçaj have had a constant conflict between them which degraded today to the use of firearms.
It is learned that Llanajka came with a group of his and initially hit the guard of this building under construction, then both groups, Llanaj and Allmuçaj shot each other, where Llanaj and a bystander were wounded. They were immediately taken to hospital for medical assistance.
Tirana Police station number 2 officers have accompanied Albert Allmucaj, while work is underway to fully clarify the event and who were the people firing weapons.Earlier in the day, in August, the building guard was found dead, of which police said he had fallen from the second floor and was found without signs of life.
Earlier in November, Sino Llanaj, had blocked the entrance to the complex with trucks, to prevent the continuation of construction and causing difficulties in the movement of residents of the building, who have already bought apartments there.
