The vice chairman of the Parliamentary Commission of Security, MP Flamur
Noka, wrote a letter to the Italian Ambassador to Tirana, asking him to
provide the Commission of Security with the air monitoring cannabis
plantation report of the Italian Guardia di Finanza.
Noka said that Edi Rama has the tendency to hide the results, which would be of high public interest and a matter of national security.
On April 19th, Noka had sent a request to the Italian Ambassador for making a monitoring of the cannabis plantations from air, through the “Guardia di Finanza” airplanes, as part of an agreement between the Italian and Albanian governments.
