Three weeks after the tragic helicopter crash that took the lives of
pilots Florian Delia and Donald Hoxha, while officer Gerlad Baramuca was
left injured, the Ministry of Defense has completed the administrative
investigation.
“Everything was done correctly, from the planning of the trip, the physical health check of pilots, the fuel quality and their technical ability to pilot the helicopter”, said Deputy Minister Peci.
Two US experts gave assistance after being summoned by the investigation group. The Shkoder Prosecution has not found anything yet about the cause of the accident.
