The number of people affected by covid-19 in the country has risen to 416 after 7 new cases were confirmed. Meanwhile in the last 24 hours 17 coronavirus patients have recovered.
Dr. Marjeta Dervishi from the Institute of Public Health gave the details:
“We would like to inform you that the field work continues for the identification of new cases and the tracing of confirmed cases’ contacts.
“In the last 24 hours, 162 suspects have been tested, of which 7 new cases with COVID-19 have been confirmed.
“Following the progress of this infection, the daily distribution of suspected and confirmed cases, a stable trend of the epidemic is observed.
“So far, 23 citizens have lost the battle with this disease, despite the extraordinary efforts of the health personnel”.
