4 people with COVID have died in the last 24 hours in Albania, of which three men were from Tirana aged 62-71 years, and an 86-year-old man from Durrës.
Out of 5257 tests performed, 869 citizens tested positive for COVID-19.
Tirana recorded the larger number of infections with 292 cases, followed by Durrës with 68, 58 in Shkodra, 44 in Fier, 36 in Lushnje 31 in Vlora, 24 in Elbasan, and fewer in other districts.
COVID Hospitals are currently treating 175 patients, of whom 33 are in a more critical condition.
“If you suspect that you are affected by COVID19 or have signs of disease, contact your doctor to be able to be tested or call the National Emergency number only 127,” the ministry said in a statement.
