The Ministry of Health and Social Protection informed today (30.11.2020) about the situation of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, saying that 1948 tests were performed, out of which 557 citizens were positive.
Positive cases confirmed in the last 24 hours have been identified in these municipalities: 254 cases in Tirana, 46 cases in Durrës, 38 cases in Lezha, 31 cases in Vlora, 27 cases in Elbasan, 25 cases in Shkodra and Korca, 22 cases in Lushnje, 16 cases in Saranda, 13 cases in Kruja, 11 in Gjirokastra, 8 cases in Kavaja, 7 cases in Fier and Has, 6 cases in Kolonjë, 4 cases each in Kukës and Gramsh, 3 cases in Devoll, Mat, Pogradec, 1 case each in Kurbin, Puka, Berat, Skrapar.
In the last 24 hours, 368 citizens have recovered, while currently in 3 COVID hospitals, 491 patients are being treated, 32 of whom are in intensive therapy.
Despite the efforts of doctors in the last 24 hours, 12 citizens with Sars-Cov2 have lost their lives in the COVID hospitals: 5 citizens from Tirana, 1 citizen from Durrës, 1 citizen from Vlora, 1 citizen from Elbasan, 1 citizen from Patos, 1 citizen from Gramsh, 1 citizen from Puka, 1 citizen from Shkodra.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection expresses its condolences to the families of the deceased.
