Albanian health authorities announced today (31.03.2021) that in the last 24 hours, 2991 tests were performed, which resulted in 434 citizens positive with Covid-19.
Confirmed positive cases were identified in the following municipalities: 116 cases in Tirana, 34 in Shkodra, 33 in Berat, 24 in Fier, 23 in Gjirokastra, 21 in Korca, 20 in Elbasan, and fewer in other districts.
In the last 24 hours, 654 citizens have recovered, while 271 patients are being treated in hospitals, 9 of whom in intensive care.
8 citizens lost the battle with COVID19 in the last 24 hours.
They were 3 citizens from Tirana, 1 citizen from Korça, 1 citizen from Mirdita, 1 citizen from Fieri, 1 citizen from Kavaja, 1 citizen from Tepelena, all aged 46-93.
