A 43-year-old man from Kamza, without other illnesses, in serious condition for several days could not survive despite the great efforts of the medical staff. A 60-year-old man from Shkodra, a 64-year-old man from Durrës at the Infectious Diseases Hospital and a 61-year-old man from Tirana at the ‘Shefqet Ndroqi’ Hospital, with concomitant diseases, also lost the battle with the dangerous virus.
Out of 501 tests, 102 citizens tested positive.
The geographical distribution of cases is as follows: 67 cases in Tirana, 5 in Shkodra, 4 cases in Kruja, 2 cases in Berat, Kavaja, Peqin, 1 case in Durres, Has, Korca, Lezha, Lushnja, Vlora, Saranda .
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection recalls the placement of the mask indoors, in order to curb the spread of COVID19.
The ministry said that every citizen should put the mask indoors and wherever distance is not maintained.
