The police have fined in Tirana with 1 million ALL, 4 entities that exercised activity accompanied by music, contrary to the Normative Act and the order of the Ministry of Health.
Following the continuous checks in various entities, the Police services have ascertained 4 subjects in different areas of Tirana, which were exercising business activity accompanied by loud music.
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, pursuant to Normative Act no. 30, dated 20.07.2020, article 3, point 7/2, an administrative fine of 1,000,000 ALL was taken for each of the 4 subjects found in violation.
Tirana Police appeals to all administrators of entities to strictly respect security protocols and restrictive measures, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
