Court seizes properties owned by Klement Balili

The Court of Serious Crimes has seized the properties owned by Klement Balili.

The decision was given based on the anti-mafia law, for assets that belonged to Klement Balili and his relatives.

Besides 20 apartments in Saranda and Tirana, the Court of Serious Crimes seized the “Santa Quaranta” hotel as well, owned by Klement Balili’s brother.

Relatives of Balili will also be investigated for the same reason, while he is on the run.

He is accused of international drug traffic and creating an organized crime.
