Council of Ambassadors urge Rama to make transparency on why he is replacing the Foreign Minister

After the president refused to decree Gent Cakaj as foreign Minister, the Council of Ambassadors reacted by saying that the Prime Minister has not carried out his Constitutional obligation to make transparency for the reason that led him to discharge Foreign Minister Bushati.
The Council says that the need for such transparency come from the specific role fo the Foreign Minister for fulfilling the strategic objectives of the Albanian state in this period.
2019 will be full of challenges for the Albanian diplomacy, the Council says, the most important of which is the opening of the Accession Negotiations with the EU; the maritime border agreement with Greece, etc.
