Chairman of the Justice Reform Committee: “We passed Consdtitutional Court articles”

“We reviewed all the articles, except for three or four of them which are open to allow experts to reflect. I believe that we will review these remaining articles by Friday and conclude the draft law for the Constitutional Court”, Xhafaj declared.

The Socialist MP explained for the media that this is about articles that are completely related to the decision-making of the Constitutional Court.
