CEC leaders propose replacing commissioners by judges and prosecutors

The Chairwoman of the Central Election Commission, Lefterie Luzi,
declared for Top Channel that the torturing ballot counting process will
continue for as long that commissioners are party members. Her
suggestion is that if the ballot count was done in the polling stations,
the result would have been complete within the Election Day.
Vice Chairman Denar Biba proposed a structure made of judges and prosecutors, people with a higher sense of responsibility than party militants, who answer to their parties before answering the CEC. Luzi said that in other countries, ballot counters are volunteers or cast by lot from the civil society.
