Former Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, declared today from
Parliament that the MPs should vote the justice reform, but first they
need to achieve consensus for the “legitimate request of the opposition
for paragraph 88 of the final recommendation of the Venice Commission”.
Berisha considered the candidate status an achievement of the past government and said that the message of Germany was clear, saying that it would be removed if the justice reform didn’t pass.
Berisha said that the left and right Parliament Members receive the content of Paragraph 88 of the Venice Commission, so that they can understand that denying this right to the opposition is a huge injustice.
