Basha: Rama’s international isolation is hurting Albania

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, referring to the Western Balkan Summit in Poznan, said that Albania was the only country that didn’t benefit from the 180 million Euros that the EU had given to Western Balkan countries for several projects.
Rama said that this was an intentional punishment by the EU, and that the international partners are isolating Rama.
“Albania is the only Western Balkan country that didn’t benefit a dime from the 180 million Euros that the EU gave to Western Balkan countries for 2019. This is an intentional punishment to a corrupted government, tied with crime. It is the continuity of the position held firmly by the EU to keep Albania outside every process, for as long as Edi Rama is in power. The Rama government is the only one in 30 years of transition that hasn’t made a single step with the European integration process”, Basha said.
