Basha: “Rama keeps obstructing investments”

Basha declared that a considerable number of investments in kindergartens were blocked by the Prime Minister.

“This is to the level of a political war. This is the most inimical Prime Minister to the city that he led for 11 years. This is a lying and defrauding Prime Minister. He pretends he doesn’t know the problem, but he is the architect of this problem. Rama blocked the budget of the Tirana Municipality, a fact that everyone knows and without any justification, until the Administrative Court of Appeal unblocked it”, Basha declared.

 Basha reminds everyday that he had promised to enlarge the new boulevard, to build the tram and the multimodal terminal in the electoral campaign of 2011.

“He cannot stand big works. That’s his complex. The mission of the fund that finances the Tirana boulevard were stunned to know that 200 projects, 100 of them in Africa, had never seen a Prime minister blocking without any reason. Edi Rama has blocked the multi-modal terminal through a political order, a project that is ready and for which the Albanian government and the municipality of Tirana didn’t pay anything, because it is given through concession, with investments from the EBRD, a project for which private companies have interest”, Basha declared.

Basha accused that on behalf of political interests, the Prime Minister is blocking works that are to help the citizens of Tirana.
