Balkan Film Festival starts in Pogradec, 40 films from the region are shown in next five days

The Balkan Film Festival has returned to Pogradec.
For 5 days in the lake city in southeast of Albania, different genres of films from different countries will be shown.
Artists, filmmakers, producers from all the Balkan countries are part of this event.
The 11th edition of the Festival has also started as a homage to artists, friends and its creators who no longer live, among them Albanian directors such as Gjergj Xhuvani, Fatos Baxhaku and Kujtim Prodani.
The first night opened with the Albanian film “My Lake” by Gjergj Xhuvani, while in the competition for 5 nights will be 40 productions from the Balkans.
