The Socialist Party concluded its electoral campaign in Durres, where
they appealed the citizens to support the current Mayor, Vangjush Dako,
and to support all the other candidates of the Alliance for Euroepan
Albania.
The Socialist Party leader, also Prime Minister of Albania, reiterated what he found after coming to power in June 23rd, 2013, and what has changed in 18 months of government.
He said that Vangjush Dako in Durres had been blocked by the government of Sali Berisha in any possible way, a government that, according to Rama, had no vision and was satisfied with tasteless repairs. Rama accused them of causing chaos, destroying forests and rivers along the coastline of Durres and Kavaja, selling as success a major failure in the history of Albania.
The biggest ally of the coalition, Ilir Meta, appealed for support to Dako and said that Basha was laughing at the Republican supporters in Durres by not having Agron Duka run for Mayor.
