99% of North Macedonian institutions don’t implement the Albanian language law.
The Agency for Language Implementation points out that there is resistance in all institutions, even those led by Albanian directors.
According to the leader in the planning and coordination sector, Marjan Patlijankovski, the implementation is done in some places only.
The Agency for Language Implementation has the legal obligation to submit a full report to its website.
Ylber Sela, the Director of the Language Implementation Agency, declared that they have reported the failure to implement the languages, but he insists that it is not their competence.
