One of the recent decisions of the Committee of Experts on the COVID-19 pandemic is to restrict movement from 10pm to 6am.

The Technical Committee of Experts, given the recent high number of people affected by COVID-19 in the country, decided to limit the movement from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning, starting on Wednesday, November 11, 2020.

“All movement in the country will be limited from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning, with the exception of essential service structures. These measures will enter into force on Wednesday 11 November and will last for three weeks. We call on citizens to respect the rules. Quick tests are very specific, if it is positive there is no need to deny it, but there are cases where a negative test with clinical signs should be reconfirmed. Testing is not an end in itself as it is followed by isolation or quarantine.

“Social distancing measures are extremely important and isolation and quarantine are a personal responsibility. Retesting or ending the isolation that is based on retesting, from the studies conducted, these persons are no longer contagious, until the 10th day after they have passed it”, said among other things the committee head Mira Rakacolli.
