Albania will open a special diplomatic mission in Kiev, Ukraine

The acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Gent Cakaj, announced that the Council of Ministers has decided to open a Special Mission of Albania in Kiev, Ukraine.

Cakaj wrote on social media that the purpose of this decision is to fulfill Albania’s main priorities as head of the OSCE, with regards to the situation in Ukraine.

This decision, according to Cakaj, shows Albania’s dedication to the new task, that of leading the OSCE in 2020.
