From north to south many regions in Albania are on fire alert as temperatures are registering very high values. Tomorrow will be the most high-risk day according to the Geoscience Institute. The main regions at risk are Shkodra, Dibra, Korça and Gjirokastra.
High temperatures have been recorded in the last days in Albania and it will continue to do so in the coming days. Even though not as high as 48C degrees register in Portugal last weekend, heat levels will reach at least 33-34C degrees or even 35C during this week, in the capital Tirana, with rain nowhere to be seen.
