The Court of First Instance in Saranda established this Tuesday the
security measure for Agron Cane, the former representative of the office
of MP Koco Kokedhima accused of abusing with this power in exchange of
sexual favors with a minor.
The lawyer rejected the accusations and said that his client pleaded not guilty, asking to be tried free from prison. But the judge panel, led by Judge Enkelejda Doda, rejected these claims and left Agron Cane in prison.
Elvira Gega, the woman who reported this, feels safer after the decision.
Gega was summoned by the Prosecution of the Saranda Court to complete the testimony with other details. The investigations will continue for the functionality of the office of MP Koco Kokedhima.
The lawyer declared that the video is manipulated.
Cane was arrested after he was found asking sexual relations with a woman and her 14-year-old daughter.
