The incident that happened on Monday in the Assembly, has been registered as a case in the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, after the report of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party against the MP Bledjon Nallbati.
The prosecutor of the case was elected Elvin Gokaj, who ordered the inspection and seizure of the film footage in the parliament, where the physical attack between the majority MPs and the Democratic MPs will be proven and verified.
After the SP, a criminal report was also submitted today by the opposition, which claims that the democratic deputy was hit by the socialist deputy. According to the democrats, it is Sinai who committed the criminal offense “Assault due to duty”.
The incident happened on Monday, after the opposition MPs prevented the continuation of the agenda in the Assembly of Albania and created tensions.
The Socialist Parliamentary Group filed criminal charges against opposition MP Bledjon Nallbati for the alleged physical violence exercised in the last session against socialist MP Vullnet Sinaj.
In relation of the atack on Sinai, in the new DP report it is claimed that it was in fact Nallbati has committed the criminal offense of “Attack because of duty”.
