After 4 weeks stranded on Italian ferries, 37 Albanian sea staff are repatriated

37 sailors who were stranded on the ferries and cruisers of a company in Italy, were repatriated overnight.

According to the General Directorate, in cooperation with the Ministry of Infrastructure, an operation was organized by which 35 Albanian sailors and two from Kosovo returned to Albania.

According to the announcement made by the agency, measures have been taken for 37 Albanians to undergo all medical tests in the context of spread prevention of Covid-19.
