42 years old Shkëlzen Kastrati was executed with a firearm this morning in Fier.
The serious incident happened around 10:30, in the place called “Ura e Sheqit” in the city of Fier, where a yet unidentified person opened fire on him, leaving him dead on the spot.
Sources for Top Channel suggest that the victim was traveling in his car type “Benz”, while the perpetrator followed him and also caused an accident with another vehicle that according to preliminary data has nothing to do with the event.
At this moment, the perpetrator got out of the vehicle and shot dead Shkëlzen Kastrati inside his car. It is learned that the victim took a bullet in the head which caused his immediate death.
The perpetrator left the scene with a “Range Rover” type vehicle, which was found by the burned services at the place called “Baltza Overpass”.
The murder of Shkëlzen Kastrati is thought to be a continuation of the murder that took place in February 2016 in the area called Mulliri i Artë.
Shkëlzen Kastrati is the brother of the target of a murder of 5 years ago, in which he escaped uharmed.
