A grave event was recorded today near Fier in Central Albania, where a 38-year-old is suspected to have kidnapped the neighbor’s child, killed him and buried him in his house.
After the checks by the police in the apartment of 38-year-old Klodian Calamani, the dead body of the 8-year-old child was found.
The child was reported missing around 15:30, while his lifeless body was found a few hours later, in the hpouse of the suspect, covered in mud.
Meanwhile, the police have arrested the suspected perpetrator of the murder in the village of Daullas, Klodian Çalameni, 38 years old, who lives next door to the family of the 8 year old victim.
Calameni lived alone in his house, as his father and brother are held in prisons in neighbouring Greece, while his mother lives in Macedonia.
Earlier today, the 8-year-old was seen by the residents of the neighborhood riding the 38-year-old’s killer bicycle, which brought suspicions to the police.
Sources told Top Channel that the suspect has admitted the shocking crime.
The little boy was identified as Mateo Vllasia, 8 years old, in the third grade, while his lifeless body is in the morgue of the Fier hospital.
