While the investigations for the murder of Artan Stano are still
undergoing, the Court of Tirana left in prison for 15 days the cousins
from Gjurica, Klodian and Gazmir Gjoza, suspected of murder in
cooperation.
In fact, this was the request of one of the Prosecutors who is investigating Santo’s case, who has reportedly said during a session behind closed doors that the cousins are suspected for the murder, but there is no evidence yet, and the Prosecution is waiting for the results of some tests.
One of these tests is the inspection of the phone calls made by the suspects at the time of the murder, since police has found a motorcycle belonging the Klodian Gjoza and that the police found in a service station in Fushe Kruja.
Lawyer Sami Dema declared that “they were left in prison for 15 days, since they are suspected for Santo’s murder, but they have nothing to do. They are random people, one of whom has never been to Tirana”.
According to the lawyer, his clients were arrested just because Klodian Gjoza has a motorcycle that looks like the one used by the killers.
“They had a motorcycle and my client has a motorcycle that actually doesn’t look like that of the crime”, lawyer Dema declared.
No proper charges were filed against the two cousins who were left in prison for 15 days, while the prosecution is verifying the banking actions and transactions that might have been realized by the late CEO, while police still has not announced an official version for the crime.
