Procesi zgjedhor ne Qarkun e Shkodres po ecen normalisht me perjashtim te disa problemeve te vogla.
Keshtu, ne 4 qendra votimi ne qytetin e Shkodres jane ndryshuar komisioneret ne momentet e fundit dhe votimi ka filluar me vonese, ndersa ne komunen Bratosh te Malesise se Madhe u fol per hapjen e qendres se votimit gjate oreve te nates por pas verifikimeve nuk ka rezultuar keshtu dhe gjithcka po ecen normalisht.
Ne kete qark probleme te medha jane hasur ne 80 qendrat e votimit te Pukes ku mungojne llampat verifikuese te bojes ne dore. Ne burgun e Shenkollit ne Lezhe ka me pak flete votimi se sa votues, ndersa ne Mollas te Kolonjes eshte bllokuar procesi pasi eshte prishur kutia e votimit.
