44 year-old man arrested on manslaughter charges for Russian tourist death

Fatmir Kuçi was arrested today on manslaughter charges after the day before he hit with a vessel a Russian tourist who was swimming not so far from shore in Livadhi beach, Himara.

The 44 years old was navigating in the area with his “Black Arrow” speedboat yesterday around 11:00 AM and authorities think he accidentally hit the Russian citizen, who died because of heavy wounds in the regional hospital in Himara. Police also notified it confiscated two sea vessels owned by Kuçi.
